Thank you very much for celebrating our 25th anniversary and supporting Swarthmore’s annual Light-Up the Village Holiday Toy Drive. Through your generosity, we were able to donate hundreds of toys to help brighten the holiday season for children and families in need.

We are beyond grateful for your trust in our firm and for your heartfelt kindness in support of a cause that’s dear to our hearts.

Now, as visions of holiday preparations and celebrations dance in your heads, please keep in mind that there are only a few weeks left to schedule your 2025 one-on-one tax planning and business development meeting with us. So, don’t delay,

Schedule Today!

Warmly,

It’s practically here— the CTA filing deadline!

Coming-in hot on Tuesday, December 31st, 2024, is the deadline for Beneficial Owners to file with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) within the U.S. Treasury Department.

If you have questions, or need help filing your FinCEN BOI,

please email Laura Hunter.

2024 is almost a-wrap, so before closing-up shop for a long winter’s nap, be sure to conduct the following financial housekeeping:

As an Individual

  • Pay Stubs: review and ensure you understand your benefits and how they are indicated on the stubs.
  • Insurance: confirm and update beneficiaries.
  • Retirement Funds: confirm and update beneficiaries.

As a Business Owner

  • Schedule an End-of-Year Tax Advisory Meeting
  • Conduct an Insurance Policy Check-up
  • Evaluate Your Retirement Program with Your Advisor
  • Investigate How Secure 2.0 May Impact Your Company
  • Assess Your 2025 Budget
  • Set Projections and Goals for a Strong Q1
  • Know Your KPIs and Why
  • Consider What Financial Statements “Say” About You

With the frenzy of festivities this month, it’s easy to lose track of the date to submit your final quarterly payment of ’24. So, consider this your reminder and circle January 15th, 2025, on your calendar.

  • Who Needs to File: People who are self-employed, retired, or who have significant investments, or other unsheltered income.
  • What are the Payment Options: Use the secure resources page on our website or USPS.

Remember, not only is paying online secure, but it also facilitates easy record keeping and the ability to view prior payments. Plus, it affords the opportunity to ensure you are up to date with the taxing authorities.

Enjoy investing as much time, energy, and joy as your spirit affords in all the wonderfulness the season has to offer!

Looking forward to continued collaborations with you in 2025!
